FemSIM

FemSIM은 non-uniform 메쉬 상에 있는 임의 구조의 transverse 또는 cavity 모드의 모든 수를 계산을 할 수 있는 FEM(Finite Element Method) 기반의 mode solver입니다. FemSIM은 복잡한 모드 계산을 위한 많은 기능을 가지고 있으며, full-vector로 실행합니다. 이 툴은 high contract index, plasmonic, 도파로(waveguide) 기반의 광 밴드갭(photonic bandgap)과 같은 넓은 범위로 확장할 수 있는 유연성을 가지고 있습니다.
